Autopilot has never been tested before with these camera heights and angles, nor this size of vehicle. As in previous vehicles, like the 2014/2015 S, Autopilot is first beta tested by employees, then OG beta testers, then wide released. This method ensures safety in a new configuration.

What Tesla model do you own?

When hauling large loads, plywood, appliances, etc. you're going to want to monitor the condition of your load in transit with the rearview mirror. If the tailgate is down, you will also be glad to have the rearview mirror. Thankful for the professional designers involved who anticipated this like no Cybertruck reviewer ever who universally say "useless."

Good point but sounds like it's not alright as it is, totally agree with everything be quick, easy and pleasing to use. Interesting that some things are still button controlled, obviously power seat and window is right where the power supply must go anyway, direct switch still makes sense, accessible even from outside the car. Horn MUST be the center of steering wheel!...they seemed to learn that lesson. Hitting the horn can be a physical release, almost hardwired. (gimme the darn steering wheel stalks pls)

Congratulations on the truck. Bar Keeper’s Friend (liquid) is good for the oxidation spots (on the nose). Waiting on mine (first thing to go will be the UCA’s and the tie rods on all four corners..🤔).

Really enjoyed the video! Also FYI, the wiper you have looks like it has an issue too, it's not supposed to hang off at all. Saw another post about it on the Tesla Owners forum recently, they can tweak it.

I'm up in Reno waiting for mine, maybe NV deliveries are on their way? 1) What day did you configure? 2) What's the news with home chargers (I know you said it comes with a wall connector)? Do they provide you an install appointment at delivery? Hardware? I'm wondering if I should wait to install until after delivery. Tesla is REALLY bad about communication whilst we wait. Thanks Eric. I configured on 16 December. It comes with a mobile charger and a Universal wall connector but they were out of the wall connector and no they didn't provide a date to install. And yeah Tesla is horrible with communication. My truck was sitting at the delivery center for over a week and they didn't tell me. I had to go in person and inquire.

Congrats. I also in Vegas. MYP owner.

The center console in a Defender is a Refrigerator. Best place to have a Refrigerator in my opinion

FYI you do have cruise control (one push on the right roller on the steering wheel) Ref: Cybertuck owners club. For now my LRMY is good, but I do have one on order and will be interested to know if the 4680 batteries will be more power efficient by the time I get my cybertruck.

Now that I’ve seen tens of videos showing build quality issues on the CT such as misaligned panels and such, I do see them now on this video

I enjoyed and loved the video. One question: If you didn't want the foundation version, would you have to wait until 2025, even though you reserved it in 2019?

Your door is not misaligned. The rear door is "recessed" behind the front for airflow.

Both adults and kids get fingers caught in doors when they close…..the edges on the Cybertruck will not smash they will slice the fingers off.

Your repeating what has been said by others. Lets look at it differently. For safety after pushing the button to open the door you can't just bump it shut. Needs to be a deliberate action. I have not seen this safety feature on other vehicles. I would like to see the frunk have a sensor strip. Still should point out car hoods and trunks have worked like this since they were invented. The motorized versions may actually close them slower with less force. If these edges are razor sharp; cleanly severed digits should be easier to attach. Kim Java did a bit where she made like she was shaving her leg. She failed to respond when I asked her if it was a clean shave.

People get their fingers closed in the door when they are closing the door, there is nothing motorized in the process. And U sound like a complete moor on by saying a cleanly severed finger is a good thing……all other doors the finger is not cut at all.

I wish they would’ve added a camera rear view mirror with larger mirror. Misaligned is Tesla’s trade mark, they still ship the Model X with misaligned door handles. I don’t care, I’ll get one for the cool factor. I would get those white interior panels wrap in suede or black leather, white interior panels has to much reflection for here in Florida
