who ever made this movie lacked the knowledge of how much training the agents in that building had, at 5:20 those swat officer would have one or two people watching rear, granted this movie isnt 100% accurate and is older, Its still a good movie and I enjoyed watching it.

This scene, the planning to take over the White House is not even close and inferior to the scene from Olympus Has Fallen where the paramilitary terrorist organization from North Korea attacks Washington DC with an AC-130, and frontal assault the White House and taking over it using 40 of them heavily armed plus two garbage trucks with heavy machine guns.

And the only defense the White house had where 12 secret service guy and gals armed with handguns that decided that can use 9mm guns to shut down an AC-130 and rushed to the open to do exactly that. Had to stop watching that movie the moment I realized it wasn't a comedy. It's my 3rd most idiotic plot action movie in the history of mankind. Even Call of Duty has a better script.

@@Veridiano02that’s because that was all that was left inside, the majority inside were killed and overpowered and the rest are in the bunker for the most part, they couldn’t rush in from the outside because they had the president trapped, the plan was executed well and is far more realistic than this although of course neither are ever gonna happen in a million years realistically

the whole scene is just nonsense. The president's guards can't hit an open target?! When I was playing airsoft, my IT colleagues knocked me out standing behind a tree or something like pro. While THIS dude was just standing and shooting and somehow killing everybody.

@@olebrauns8265 Sure both movies require the good guys to be losers to drive the plot, but in Olympus Has Fallen, the good guys managed to take out half of the bad guys before losing the white house. In White House Down, the bad guys suffered 0 casualties wtf.

Looks like Skynet was a bit late, John Connor was already bad before they turned him into a Terminator
