Being of Indian descent and never seen India, this episode touched my emotions. The generosity and humility of Suma Ram and his son used to be a common feature among Indian descendants here in my country, but is now being lost. The architecture is evidence of civilisation that was established long before the British pillaged India. Thank you Noraly for The Return To India. I know there is something about my ancestral country that is close to your heart. Thank you for showing me things that in this life, I never would have seen. Trinidad & Tobago. West Indies.

One of the coolest things I've seen on this channel was the old guy starting a fire to heat water, then going through his process of making tea for Noraly. People in the west aren't welcoming or friendly like that. The old guy was not going let her leave until she shared tea with him.

Agree Pete - Seemed like such a simple scene, no big magnificent views or action but wow, there was a lot going on in the simple scene for any viewer that wanted to pay close attention to every detail. While self-centeredness runs rampant here in the US, especially what the media shows, there are a lot of very friendly welcoming people like the elder gentleman who made chai, but to find them you have to get far away from suburbia and any populous area. Pretty much the same in any country as we see the friendliest welcoming people she meets are most often in remote areas. Peace!

Hi Noraly, an advice to one rider to another. When you are in India 🇮🇳 please put the Google Maps in car 🚙 or 4 wheeler option, so that you get better’s and bigger lanes instead of the scary and narrow ones. We are used to it, but I do understand it’s a bit overwhelming for someone to just come here and adapt!

I really like these India videos. They make me want to go there. The people seem friendly and they seem to speak enough English too. Be safe.

This video is such a contrast to it's title. The interactions, the landscapes and the alleyways, everything is just simply beautiful.
