It is not in congress's jurisdiction to investigate and prosecute a crime. That would be the Dept of Justice. Congress can certainly bring these issues visibility to the public, and they can hamstring federal funding for these types of programs. The DoJ needs to be held accountable here for turning a blind eye to this. It runs deep, and it runs right through the administration.
