I have quite a few Teng tools and really like them. My 3/8th socket set is coming up to 20 years old now.

It’s been a while since the US changed to metric on their cars. Every once in a while I’ll run across a SAE nut/bolt 🙄.

Not old at all. Would say a relatively new company.

It's a nice kit I'd say. But a little expensive for non usa manufacturered tools and a company that is relatively new.

New? My fathee has a toolkit from tengtools that he’s owned since his 18th, over 30 years ago.

@@jurridoras4001 they are Swedish tool brand that is manufactured in Taiwan. They been around since the late 80s. Your father probably purchased it when the brand was literally new. And yes it is a new company. 30 year old ratchet is old. A 30 year old company is not.

@@jurridoras4001 keep in mind I did say relatively new... also I did some research. Tengtools manufactured in 1985. Sherman klove (SK) tools originally founded in early 1900s. Made in usa till this day. Let me know when you find a ratchet over 100 years old.

Also not made in the USA doesn't mean they're not good tools and the age of th company has nothing to do with price. So you think they are not allowed to charge enough to make a profit simply because of the age.
