All of the Arcadia neighborhoods seem very nice. However, I especially enjoyed your video about my neighborhood, north central Phoenix. You did such a great job of giving people living far away the kind of tour that I would give them myself if they were here. Both my area and Arcadia just give a great vibe. Both have a lot of variety in architecture, grass, trees, flowering bushes... everything I like.

All public Arcadia district High Schools in AZ are ranked a C grade or worse. The Arcadia Elementary and Middle schools are the ones ranked well. It can be misleading. Private schools such as Veritas and Phoenix Country Day offer better rankings for High School but can be expensive.

Public schools will always been a c grade or worse nationwide

It's sad. I grew up in the Arcadia neighborhood in the '60s and '70s. Went to Arcadia HS which was considered a very good school at the time.
