These top 10 weirdly inspirational gifts will blow anyone's mind, and if you have a Prusa, an Ender 3, or any modern 3D printer, you already have everything you need. Creative gifting, no shopping required.
I hand-picked these prints specifically for gifting. You don't need anything except filament and common household objects, you can make any of them in a day, and they're all easy 3D prints. Most importantly, all ten are dramatic, exciting, functional 3D prints that your giftee will love.

First of all, usually "ten awesome gifts" videos are full of "get your dad personalized golf tees" kind of stuff, so this one stands out for being full of particularly cool stuff -- especially the lithophanes and the kit cards, which really do give you a lot of choices to match the actual interests of your gift recipients. Second, whoever is helping you demonstrate the maze puzzle box and the cyclone has their nail game on point.

The puzzles are a great idea! As someone whose presents are pretty lackluster this year, I think they're just what I needed to spice things up a bit

This channel is amazing! I started watching a couple weeks ago, and I love it! And thanks for answering my question on the live stream. Very helpful!
Just found your channel a week ago after getting my 3D printer for Christmas. Love your content, by far the best 3D printing KZread channel. Top notch writing, personality, and awesome 3D print-ables! Keep creating!
Merry Christmas! Great video idea I've been working on 3d printing gifts for some family members and now I'm tempted to add more to that list.
So this channel just popped up on my feed, man you deserve alot more subscribers thanks for the great content. I will definitely be sharing and subscribing.
aight, subbed. Thanks algorithm or showing me this. I love your energy mate.
This has to be one of the best Tube I have EVER seen!!! 💓 from the scripting to the utility of the content. BRAVO!! BRAVO!!
Solid video and awesome scripts. I raised an eyebrow to this phat piece of fire: 9:59 Great to see your channel growing so fast and your shots are beautiful and creative. Excited to see how you develop new videos in the future.

I recently discovered this channel and am THOROUGHLY enjoying the content. The script writing is absolutely top notch as well.
Excellent Video! Both Entertaining and Useful! I have and love my ANet A8. It has served me very well over the years since I printed my Ultrascope for the eclipse a few years ago but now I think it is time for an upgrade. 2021 will be the year for a more pro printer, I think.
Usually these 3D printed gift idea videos suck but this one is pretty awesome!
you have a gift sir, a gift for writing flowing dialogue and really striking a chord with this nerd. Well played
Cool! This is gives me a whole extra week to procrastinate. Thanks!
Thanks Zack, you saved Christmas! I had a crap load of spools with little filament left over from Masks For Docs printing throughout 2020. I used the rest of that trash to make a dumpster fire ornament, a few card kits for the nieces, and lithophanes of the brats for their parents and grandparents. 👍
First time this channel has been on my feed and I’m so sad it’s taken this long. This guy might be my favorite person on the internet.
it's so cool to watch your channel grow. Look, almost at 100k subs! Been here since you had about 10k subs! You're doing amazing! and your videos are really awesome, keep it up! Also, thanks for some cool ideas in this video :D definitely gonna print 1 of those puzzles, and puzzle boxes... yeaa!

@AdultsSwim1
3 жыл бұрын
@@robotportachiavi2507 Depends on your slicer settings. My slicer does two passes per wall. Front and back, that would be four passes. That's about as thick as I print my lithophanes, so the infill settings don't matter. You don't want it to be too thick otherwise light won't shine through it as well. Even in white filament, my four-thick prints need a pretty bright light to see the picture.

I absolutely loved the humor in this. Well done!
I’m watching this in Feb 2024 and still find this useful. Just got a filament printer and wanted to find ideas to print for my kids. Great list and it was very entertaining listening to you all the way through.
🎉❤ Awesome Stuff!! I love the Lithophane Print, great info!
This is kind of serendipitous because as in watching this video I was pulling off the outer shell of the puzzle tube and re leveling to print the inner container of the puzzle box to hold my kids "biggest" Xmas present (cash). My daughter loves puzzles and will genuinely enjoy it. My son on the other hand it will be to try and teach him patience and our to teach him to ask for help or how to find answers, but ultimately I fear it will lead to most of his solutions when he hits a wall or gets frustrated wish is give up or hulk smash :/

The Cyclone is so cool. Luckily it will fit inside the build volume of my Ultimaker. I think I'd like to power it though, by adding enough height to the base to house a small gear motor. Are you aware of anyone who's already done this? Also any suggestions would be very helpful.

Dude!!! I love your video!! Very entertaining and informative!! Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah or Happy Holidays (Whichever Applies!
Awesome video. Just wondering which 3D printer to get. I was tossing up between resin or FDM Just due to the extra detail of Resin however Resin isn't as durable/ longasting / as strong. Now deciding which FDM to go with I started of looking at the Creality CRX Daul ($899) then the Anycubic Kobra Max ($899) now the PRUSA I3 MK3S+ ($2,299) (AUD not USD) . I guess I'm mainly interested in printing Figurines , R/C car bodys , planes , buildings , movie props etc. Then I seen the engraving and etching possibilities which could be a cool extra business avenue aswell. If I go FDM I want something that has a fairly decent print area , can print good detail , be reliable , then comes down to what I can afford which is up to a budget of $2,000 AUD which is $1,353 USD ( wow I didn't realise the massive difference lately ) People say buy one cheap under $1000 first but I'd rather buy one with Auto Levelling re auto fill , fast print speed , large print area and good print detail which I think comes down to nozzle size ? Which most are 0.4mm ( which can be upgraded I suppose ?) Thanks
I was just wondering what to get my siblings for Christmas this year! Excellent Ideas!
That was a great video. Writing and delivery is on point as always, but to top it off with free stuff, well that’s certainly how you get me to tap on a thumb shaped button.

Perfect gifts for this year too 😁
This has easily become my favorite channel in a matter of days
Hopefully I upgrade from my Ender 3 Pro to a Prusai3 this Holiday, but we'll see with everything going on. That marble track would've blown my mind as a kid, looks really cool in a color changing filament.
That was the most accurate description of a Gary I work with. 10/10
Love the unique style of this guy 😅 def subbed
Yay, thanks, keep bringing more of these (in your refreshing fashion) , pretty please! :o)
So I also printed a purple coronavirus, but the remix I printed has a mean little face on it. I did mean to make a snow globe with him... Mind the filaments with glow (and probably glitter) - they're actually really abrasive to your nozzle so they can widen it out pretty quick apparently. Strontium aluminate is some coarse stuff.... I've printed part of a roll in a cheap import nozzle and haven't seen too much change or degradation in print quality (the surest sign) but I'm on the lookout for it and have another cheap nozzle at hand to replace when needed. I might print some of these even on my very not modern 3D printer: old school Replicator 2X (with decidedly modern PrusaSlicer), so take that 😜
Great content. Love when creators use timestamps!
