Every time I hear Chris Cornell's voice, I'm reminded of how stunning it was. In an album full of moving songs, this one also hits you in the feels. Unless I'm missing something, the lyrics seem to be about a toxic relationship. The guy doesn't seem to have any confidence or respect for himself. Also, I didn't realize that Cornell's death anniversary had just passed. It's wild that he's been gone for 7 years.

This song is ridiculous. Chris’s voice is another level on this album. I was fortunate enough to see TOTD on their final tour in Philly and it’s a night I’ll never forget. And the covers were phenomenal - The Cure’s Fascination Street, Mad Season (another supergroup) River of Deceipt and Led Zeppelin’s Achilles’ Last Stand.
