Clutter, for example, can create stress and even interfere with your sleep. Environments that make you uncomfortable may be described as having negative energy.
Negative Self-Talk
Self-talk is the flow of mostly unspoken thoughts that run through your head. Negative thoughts can harm your health and well-being. Positive thinkers are less susceptible to colds and have better cardiovascular health. They are less likely to be depressed and likely to live longer. You Can't Sleep

എന്റെ അമ്മുമ്മയ്ക്ക് 5 പെൺ മക്കള ണ്. എന്റെ അമ്മുമ്മക്ക് പെൺകുട്ടികളോട് ഭയങ്കര ദേഷ്യമായിരുന്നു. എന്റെ അമ്മയക്ക് ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടായി ശേഷം എനിക്ക് ഒരു സഹോദരൻ ഉണ്ടായി അതോടുകൂടി എന്നെ ആരും നോക്കതയായി ആണായ തുകൊണ്ട് അവനെ അമ്മുമ്മയ്ക്കും അമ്മയ്ക്കും ഒത്തിരി ഇഷ്ടമായിരുന്നു. ഇതു കണ്ടു വളർന്ന ഞാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. എനിക്ക് ആദ്യം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത് ആണായാലും പെണ്ണയിലും ഒന്ന് മതി. ഞാനാനുഭവിച്ച അവഗണന ഇനിയും തുടരണ്ടന്ന് കരുതി. എനിക്കുണ്ടായത് ആൺകുട്ടിയാണ്. ഒരു ദൈവജ്ഞനെ ജാതകം കാണിച്ചപ്പോൾ പറഞ്ഞത് നിങ്ങൾക്ക് എത്ര കുട്ടികൾ ഉണ്ടായാലും അതെല്ലാം പുരുഷ ജാതകർ ആയിരിക്കുമെന്നാണ് ഭർത്താവിന്റെ ജാതകത്തിലും ആൺകുട്ടികളേ ഉണ്ടാകുമെന്നാണ്.
ആണ് കുട്ടികൾ മാത്രം ഉളളവർ കുറച്ചു പേര് ആദ്യം അഹം കരിക്കും പിന്നെ പിന്നെ സംകടപ്പെടും. ഇത് കുറേ കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്

5th month pregnant ആണ്..10 വയസ്സുള്ള മോൻ ഉണ്ട്.. ഇനി ഒരു മോള് വേണമെന്നാണ് ആഗ്രഹം ഒരുപാട് പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചതിനു ശേഷമാണ് പ്രെഗ്നന്റ് ആയത്.. മോളെ തന്ന് അനുഗ്രഹിക്കണേ എന്നാണ് ദൈവത്തോട് പ്രാർത്ഥന 🙏
എനിക്ക് 3 പെൺകുഞ്ഞുങ്ങൾ ആണ്. എന്റെ മാലാഖമാർ ❤
പെൺ കുട്ടി നല്ലതൊക്കെതനെ 🙏 യൗവനമാകമ്പോഴേക്കും സ്വന്തം വീട്ടിൽ നിന്ന് പുറത്തിറങ്ങികൊടുക്കണം 😂😭
1990 കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ പെൺകുട്ടികളാണെങ്കിൽ ഇല്ലാതാക്കുമായിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൽ ആൺകുട്ടികൾക്ക് പെൺകുട്ടികൾ കിട്ടാനില്ല. ഇപ്പോൾ പഠിച്ചു.

എത്ര സത്യമാണ് പറയുന്നത്‌. ഇതൊന്നും സമൂഹം അംഗീകരിക്കില്ലല്ലൊ! പെണ്മക്കൾ ഉണ്ടാവുമ്പോൾ അതൊരു ഭാരവും, ഭയവും! ആണ്മക്കൾ ഒരു നേട്ടവും അഭിമാനവും ആയാണ്‌ കാണുന്നത്‌! പെണ്മക്കളെ പ്രസവിക്കുന്ന അമ്മമാരെക്കാൾ ആണ്മക്കളെ പ്രസവിക്കുന്ന സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക്‌ അംഗീകാരം കൂടും!🙏☺️

എനിക്ക് ഒരു മകൾ ജനിച്ചു 2018 ലെ വലിയ പ്രളയ ത്തിനു ശേഷം ഒക്ടോമ്പെറിൽ പൂരാടം നക്ഷത്രത്തിൽ പൂപോലെ ഒരു പെൺകുഞ്ഞു, എന്റെ കെട്ടിയോൻ എപ്പോളും വി ഡി രാജപ്പന്റെ ഏതോ ഒരു പാരടി പാട്ടു പാടുവാരുന്നു അതിലെ ഒരു വരി പോലെ തന്നേ പൂരാടം നക്ഷത്രത്തിൽ പൂവ് പോലെ ഒരു പെൺകുട്ടി എന്റെ മോളു ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒരുപാട് സന്തോഷം തരുന്നുണ്ട്, അവളുടെ പ്രേസെൻസ് വീട്ടിൽ എല്ലാരുടേം സന്തോഷം, തംബുരു മോൾ 😍😍😍😍😘😘

എന്റെ അമ്മയ്ക്കും അച്ഛനും ഞാൻ ഒറ്റ മോൾ ആണ്. പക്ഷേ എനിക്ക് ജനിച്ചപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ഹാർട്ട്‌ ന്റെ വാൽവ് ഇന് ഹോൾ. ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. എന്റെ അമ്മയ്ക്ക അച്ഛനും അത് താങ്ങാവുന്നതിലും അപ്പുറം ആയിരുന്നു. അമ്മ അന്നൊക്കെ ആഹാരവും വെള്ളവും പോലും ഇല്ലാതെ കരഞ്ഞു. അന്നൊക്കെ അച്ഛന്റെ അമ്മയും, അച്ഛന്റെ ചേട്ടന്റെ ഭാര്യയും അമ്മ കരഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ പറഞ്ഞ് നടന്നത് പൈസ പോകുന്നതിനു ആണ് കരയുന്നത് എന്ന്. 2005 ഇൽ opparation കഴിഞ്ഞു ഇന്നിപ്പോൾ എനിക്ക്2022ൽ എനിക്കു 27age.life long മെഡിസിൻ കഴിക്കണം എന്ന് ഒഴിച്ചാൽ എനിക്ക് വേറെ ഒരു പ്രശ്നം പോലും ഇല്ല."അന്ന് അച്ചാമ്മ യും മറ്റും പറഞ്ഞ പോലെ ആയിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ ഞാൻ ഇന്ന്‌ ഇങ്ങനെ ജീവനോടെ ഇരിക്കില്ലായിരുന്നു. "പലപ്പോഴും ഞാൻ ചിന്തിക്കാർ ഉണ്ട്. എന്റെ അച്ഛന്റെയും അമ്മയുടെയും സ്ഥാനത്തു വേറെ ആയിരുന്നാലും ഞാൻ ജീവനോടെ ഉണ്ടാകില്ലായിരുന്നു എന്ന്. Love you amma ചാച്ച.....
