@@mohammedabdulhafeez5514 నేను మాట్లాడేది రూల్స్ బ్రేక్ చేసేవారు ఎక్కువగా ఆ ఏరియా లో ఉన్నారు కాబట్టి. వారి గురించి మాత్రమే including all castes.
Vehicle fitness and passengers limit is applicable to private vehicles, but not to RTC Buses. Till today I've never seen traffic police stopping a overloaded bus.
