Over the span of about 3-5 days on and off, about 20-25 hours total were spent attempting ANY death combo with King on this stage. This combo is completely original, I came up with this combo alongside my good friend Gelatin and racked our brains to come up with anything, and this was the result.
While there are death combos for King performed by Blu3Angels and tmd02 which are brilliantly made and gave massive amounts of inspiration to this, some of these are character specific, particularly to large bodies (Bears, Jack-7, Gigas). Some of them also contain a breakable throw, or a bit of a cheesy setup from Jaguar step. There is only one other universal death combo performed to my knowledge, done by tmd02 in his "Know Your Role" King combo video, and it involves having to be behind the opponent, backturned 3 into a guaranteed and inescapable backturned throw on Forgotten Realm followed by a combo. Although that combo does end with a throw, I'm almost certain it has a true death combo variant for the combo ender choice, but aside from that, there have been no universal death combos for King without breakable throws, or wacky setups. This is NOT meant to discredit any of these combo artists because they have many combos with such originality and creativity which is the general idea for combo videos, and again creates inspiration for others to want to add to the list of wild combos. I just wanted to create yet another universal combo from a general combo starter move, on the smallest character to show that this combo can be done against everyone.
