Its the other way around. Akuma is the legend, not too many figthers run into Heihachi and live to tell the tale. And this is a Heihachi with no devil gene, no raging demon, no magic otherworldy bullshit. While all the others need all those to even match up to him.

The raging demon attacks you with the gravity of your sins, he has killed his wife, tried to kill his son by throwing him off of mountains/volcanoes, and left his father trapped in a basement to starve to death just because he was nice to Kazuya, his grandson, and is trying to disect both Jin and Kazuya so he can take the devil genes power for himself not trying to eradicate it instead.

@@ece_Scorpio99 Yup, he’s just that resilient. He doesn’t even need to clear his mind to survive it. His resilience really shows in the final battle where he gets up after after being hit with Kazuya’s rage art which is a 1 hit KO in normal gameplay and still manages to knock him out of his devil form.

It was so badass when heihachi and akuma teamed up literally

Akuma is such a homie. Kazumi saves his life and when she requests him to perform a difficult task, he's like "Aight" and goes to do it, just because he felt like he owed her one. Akuma could easily kill her but nah, he has a concept of friendship and I respect that.

I'm pretty sure they won't abandon Akuma's storyline. But since Akuma is from Capcom, I doubt he will return in T8. My prediction is that we will only get a reference about Akuma instead of him showing up for the 2nd time

It's a reference to Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo (1994) where Akuma was originally introduced as hidden boss at the end of the arcade mode. If you input a code in the character select, you were able to play him yourself, sharing similar, blacked out silhouette you see here in Tekken 7 story.

Bro heihachi was such a giga chad In thi game, he doesn't have any phenomenal powers like akuma or the devil blood but he still fights like a chad and stands against them

Even most of the crazy tekken fans don't know that the incident akuma is talking about that, kazumi was the daughter of akuma's master and she actually save akuma's life when he possessed with dark hadou and was in the fight with his brother gouken because they both loved each other but due to akuma's rebel nature, his master married her daughter to gouken when akuma left the dojo for seeking of being master in dark hadou. Hit like if you haven't know it before.

Goutetsu is a Hachijo then? Meaning the Hachijo assassination bloodline use the Ansatsuken fighting style? Meaning maybe Ansatsuken and the Dark Hadou could be an imitation of the genetic Devil Gene?! And that Kazumi should have the same fighting style as Akuma, Ryu, Gouken and Ken?!?! The IMPLICATIONS

I hope you guys understand something that Capcom copy ideas from different companies as well Laura- Christie from Tekken, Cammy gun holder looks like Nina gun holder, she never had that before, then ibuki has kunimitsu purple ninja outfit no seriously she does, and falke and ed is a Nina and Steve fox lookalike

The story mode of this game had a lot of real fun moments, that moment that Jack unit corkscrews in and the game transitions to actual gameplay, you probably could have picked that up for a combo if you had recognized the state.

This is why I like Akuma Battle stance and Fighting style

At this point, Street Fighter and Tekken will be the next Marvel Vs Capcom if they can top them. It will be interesting to see how they all work with each other.

The Japanese language is truly a warrior language.

Imagine if every cutscene in the game was as good as this one in terms of quality that would be awesome

I miss heihachi. The man hit like a mack truck. When he fought Akuma the 1st time he wasn't even using all his power. He used his hidden power to smack the **** out of Kazuya and made him revert back to his human form... Akuma couldn't even hold him.... You will be missed

Akuma is a fighter, not an assassin, he fights to the death only with those he seem worthy, that's why normally in SF he holds back unless you fight him as Shin Akuma (basically "True" Akuma, as he no longer holds back). And even with Heihachi, he was holding back, to measure how strong he really was.

@@Doriburu8380 Actually yeah. Heihachi had the ridiculous idea of wanting Ogre's power and needing to have the devil gene for that. Also Jin didn't kill Kazuya and Heihachi beforehand. Had he done that then Jinpachi wouldn't be possessed and maybe Jin wouldn't have started that war in Tekken 6.

0:25 I think the reason why Heihachi wants to fight Akuma is not because of self defense, wanting to test himself or because he wants to know why Akuma knew Kazumi. He wanted to kick Akuma's ass because Heihachi spent so much time lighting individual candles around the room and Akuma just blew them off lmao

I can't believe that they made a "Street Fighter" character way better in "Tekken" than how all characters look like in "Street Fighter 4" and its sequels. They have grasped the essence of Gouki (Akuma) quite good.

Akuma. If not enough, Shin Akuma. If still not enough, Oni (Or Cyber Akuma). Hell, the entire Ansatsuken verse would put him in his place. But that's just me tho. Also, if Akuma isn't enough, call Goku or Vegeta to gangbang the dude 💀

Only akuma from street fighter entered Tekken 7 but other fighters including ryu not join it.Kazumi asked him to kill Kazuya and Heihachi and he promise to fullfil his promise.

Maybe Tekken 8 will introduce Ryu where he'll finally kill Jin Kazama freeing him from the curse of the Hachijo clan.

@@dragonblaze7133 really? It's no surprise though, the last tekken game I played was tekken tag, the last street fighter was probably super street fighter ex alpha I think? It's not that I didn't enjoy those kind games, but I have been on my own thing. Also during the N64 and Xbox reigns, neither of these games featured on those consoles. Imagine, the last time I played either was on the PS2!
