There's a reason why he, Gesse, Noctis, and Negan are referred to as: "Guest" characters.....sure, they're in the game, but they're not supposed to be involved in the story in any way, due to them being guest characters.....but Harada made the wrong move, in my eyes.....the Tekken franchise is now tainted. Akuma should not be involved in the story. Harada & his team should've created a completely original character (that's involved with Kazumi) that we NEVER heard about.....but we got this. Vile.

I do like how they incorporated a guest character into the main story. Soldier: Kazuya-sama, shall I get you your gi? Kazuya: Nah. This is business.

I love how he didn't even let his soldiers attack him. He actually somewhat cares for his men.

@@bananatiergod No he does have sympathy for his men who follows him especially to Anna and Bruce because they was the main ones who never betrayed him and Jun is another who actually revealed to see that Kazuya is not the main baddied that most people of the Tekken series try to portray him as. The only ones he don't show mercy or remorse for is the guys who betrayed him or try to kill him constantly. Heihaichi doesn't show remorse for his men what so ever and it was shown in Tekken 4 in which he beaten his own men due yo the fact they failed to retrieve Kazuya's body.

With Bruce it's because he already knew him for a long time and even then it's still a strong boss-subordinate kind of friendship. Same with his soldiers. True, they're not disposable to him but again, he wants to keep them from futile fights because he knows they're more useful alive.

Kazuya does care for his men. Yes he has a soft spot, but that soft was gone long ago, we all know that. Kazuya is too corrupted now. The fact that he see his own son as his enemy just prove it. Kazuya's problem was only with Heihaichi. Jin is just a tragic character drag into his family mess up. Jin doesn't have anything to do to be honest. It all because Heihaichi just suddenly shot him and Kazuya immediately saw him as his enemy too.

Heihachi's stubborness and ambition brought all to this. Kazumi left him a son hoping for a chance to do good with their powers other than feuding among themselves, but instead his hatred towards the devil gene won over his love for his late wife and now the son and grandson returned the favor ten-fold putting innocent lives in the latter of their conflict. Boy the disappointment of Kazumi must be immeasurable witnessing all of it in the underworld It's also Jinpachi's fault tho raising such son.

Just to let yall know Akuma is indeed canon to this game and infact he been confirmed to be a bridge character that bridge the gap between Tekken 7 and Tekken X Streetfighter. This Akuma is confirmed to be a new Akuma that is not the same from the Sf games. Michael Murray aka Harada's prodigy confirmed that the Tekken X Streetfighter game won't be just a typical spin-off title but in fact will be connected to Tekken 7.

Akuma, who destroyed an island in one punch, jumped out of nowhere and assassinated Bison with the Raging demon and tore apart the submarine whilst underwater with one move. He is one very powerful individual Kazuya knows not to take Akuma likely and that he would quickly and easily aniliate the soldiers, hence why he told them not to waste their time and allow him to come to the roof so that Kazuya can fight Akuma himself.

I got so hyped once that music started. Lol Absolutely love this game.

Mortal Kombat would have at least a dozen comparable fighters. Akuma is amazing but still vastly overrated.

At least tekken is in smash now

Paradise but zero kills only murder his master that it, while you have Azazel was going for a planet shot yeaaa I kinda wish more people did research on akuma his match's always in up in a draw or unknown fight or his opponents surviving the raging demon, yeaaa go gouki😒

I've been playing the game a lot so I got bored of hearing the music, but man every time I look at the cutscene and hear the music it always feel epic unlike when I playing online lmao

You can see that he hasn't completely transformed into Mr. Purple here. He's Mr. In-betweener here

No man. MK has it own charm and Tekken has it own charm. No need to be clone. I just love that both MK and Tekken right now are the only game where it comes with full package from the start and care to explain their lore with awesome story mode. Others fighting game should follow this pattern now.

I really like Kazuya's confidence and there is not slightest ounce of fear he display even though he just kick Heihachi's ass and Akuma sense of honour of not to kill those soldier for no reason until they attack first

That was a good fight. Some of the best fighting games of all time that I have played Def Jam Fight For NY, Onimusha Blade Warriors, and Ultimate Marvel VS. Capcom 3!! There are other fighting games that I enjoy playing. Def Jam Vendetta, Dead OR Alive, and Under Night IN Birth Exe Late.

At 1:05 , Akuma punched the air and the force literally lunged him forward towards Kazuya while the latter simply started running LOL, very nice subtle detail
