​​@Reyan Mahirah, it's Dragon Power Punch from Wang. Ogre *does* have two moves from Paul in Tag 2, though, like his left sweep, and Piston Fire. He has Steve's Hellfire in that game, as well, which is another type of power punch.

It's a mid it does Ogre honestly kills gon with his mid forward 2

That is one way to downplay the mighty ff1+2, one of the moves that made him busted. It's another crazy gift from Wang, it hits grounded for huge damage and it's guaranteed after some unblockables and launchers. FCdf2 (unseeable low) into ff1+2 does 65-75. FCf1 into ff1+2 does around 70. Also, since you NEVER want to techroll Ogre, you can see how scary that move was. Another thing, in T3 his 1,1,2 and 1,2,2 are nc, they were made ncc in TTT2. Bonus: 3-hit hunting hawks were completely broken in this game, if they block your uf3,4 but you input uf3,4,3, the move becomes plus a ton and they can't block for a while. Ogre gets standing 4 (45 damage) or even hopkick into whatever. Bonus2: he had a cool but kinda useless just frame parry done with b1+2, tight window but super badass animation. Bonus3: all his quotes are actually in japanese but spoken backwards.

Ya that's the real busted shit, and waning moon. TMM is obviously a bit lacking in knowledge regarding pre T5 stuff, it's a little annoying. Every vid I watch on the subject has quite a bit of innacuracies. He should probably have ressearched them better but I guess it's more about the clickbait and superlatives.

I don't think back throw is guaranteed after Waning Moon because you take longer to dash up and throw than you do stopping short and doing the Blazing Kick. Back throws are untechable but a player is likely to want to block after so they'll turn back around the first frame they're able. So Waning Moon to back throw is awesome when you can get it but WM to dash up Blazing Kick is less risky.

@@shinzo_phonk that isn't even half of it his down neutral 2 if couterhits leavs enemy coughing then you can hop kick into billion kick damage orrr you can while they are coughing downforward 2 which ragdolls you and you can then do ff 1+2 which means he could kill you in 3 hits

Well, if that hit connects, its all ogre now.

IMPORTANT: Ogres and Hwoarang have u/f+3, :4, 3. The just time 4 can be used if the initial kick was blocked, making it impossible to block the last hit. Aside from this detail, you are doing an awesome job with these T3 videos. I actually didn't know Law's 3, 4 was a natural combo, so l am learning too. :)

Ogre was one of my favorite characters cause I played the shit out of Tekken 2 and for him to have some of the moves from characters in Tekken 2 rolled up into one was like a dream come true for me

His uf3,4,3 had a just frame in it (T.Ogre, Hwoarang and Heihachi had it too), if you did uf3:4, the 4 would be unblockable

Can't wait to see Heihachi, I remember that his u/f 34 was so powerful on block that the second kick always connects, or his hellish hell sweep that does damage on block and doesn't stagger him if blocked 😁

You can actually block the second hit but you are required to manually press back after the 1st is blocked.

You know, it's revisiting videos like this that actually make me think of what ifs: As in, what if Ogre actually successfully killed all the fighters he took his moves from (barring, of course, Jack-2, who was offline, and became Gun Jack, Kazuya, who had been resurrected by G-Corp, and was laying low, and Kuma, who got old and died)? I mean, I'm glad Wang, Jun, Anna, Bruce, Lee, Kunimitsu (mentioned to be alive, and had a daughter - her successor, if you will), and Baek came back, but imagine what a ballsy move that would've been. That also reminds me, that maybe if Ogre returns in an upcoming Tekken game (not necessarily 8), they might do a "canon" moveset overhaul, or something. What I mean is, the only people he's officially confirmed to have killed are the Tekken Force Unit that found him in the Mexican ruins, and King (I).

Please more tek3 stuff. atleast A and B tier characters

One thing you can do afrer f,f+2 if they don't escape is d+1 into FC d+3,3,N 3 (hope i wrote it wright). That does around 67-69 damage on it's own and i think it's guaranteed in all characters. Great video, by the way. Have been waiting a long time for this one.

also xiaoyu was ogre's worst match up due to her evasive AOP capable of ducking ogre's uf 3 and low parry his db 3 strings.

It is the SIDE regarding Bruce's UB! No full homing to Ogres RIGHT after certain launches if they tech

First Tekken I played was Tekken 3 when i was a kid and after all this years for many Tekken games of many generations of video games Ogre still is my favorite character of all the series and i call him my mighty ogre His move i called it "Touch of Death" before saw this video

you forgot his unblocable 3 after uf 3,4...….you had to keep tapping 3 to make it happen (used in PAKISTAN)

Also has by far the most busted SS in T3. Massive range and speed, he could SS almost anything and just stand 4 for 20% lmao. And for what it's worth the b,b+1+2 can be parried or reversed

If you do u/f+3,4,3 (3 must be pressed even if not executed) it gives millions + frames on block and guaranteed launcher. Broken badly as blocking was worse than eating the move.

Most broken shit about ogre in this game is waning moon and medium power(or god) punch at 11:57. Hits grounded and insane damage. Can end games in such short times. Your opponent must roll immediately after they hit ground. Also you cant escape it after dome throws and anna's low swing

I hope he returns in Tekken 7 in a future season 3 he was underrated in ttt2 but he was a character I used the most in tag 2. Hopefully they change him up a bit👍🏻🎮

ogre so powerful, but the great thing about this game is it is purely depended on side steps and movements, even the homing moves are able to be side steped wid right timing.
