The the 1st Tekken I ever played and I love it til this day. It was a family game in my household, spent plenty hours playing it, loved everything about it, the gameplay, the music,vthe CD cover art, the CD case art from back to front, man talk about love for a game.
I like the symmetry of the first and third row here: Kunimitsu and Yoshimitsu - Manji Clan ninjas amd rivals Anna and Nina- Sisters Baek and Law - Rivals Lee and Heihachi - Adoptive son and father Kuma and Paul - Rivals P. Jack and Jack-2 - Robots from the Jack series Armor King and King - Wrestlers wearing jaguar masks Ganryu and Michelle - He is in love with her

this is the first time since probably back then itself where i cared looking at this game and i feel like there's some missing. there was an angel too and some other characters had fitting secret characters next to them too. the kangaroo had a raptor, there was an ice bear next to regular kuma and an even larger robot guy, right? i'll have to look this up now that i have some vague memories again
How can I change my character select to look like this ?
Why is the chracter select menu like this? Us is there a diffrent menu per region?

It's called "Shortcut Mode". Instead of loading the Arcade version, with portraits and going only left and right, this has minimal features, and you can go up and down also.

You have to go on option and select fast menu or something like that

It should be 12 characters
tekken 3 gameplay was better, faster and smoother but I liked the roster in this one alot more....could have done without gon and dr b for example
