I feel so grateful that the traditional way of dancing double beat is present in this video (girl holding her shawl). This is how I learned to dance double beat and I feel like the odd one out at pow wows lol this video encouraged me to keep doing me.

Is that how you are supposed to dance to a double beat as she is I never danced double beat when I was young I don't dance any more I want to get my kids dancing
