I think Ian has more balls than every single person in the comments.
disappointed to see comments about his size. he just started. we all looked like him once. give this kid a break and mind your own business
Fair play to him. A guy his size being put through a training program on KZread in a society as judgemental as this one
Plot twist: Brandon is actually Ian from the future that went back to train himself.
That kid may be skinny, but I gotta give credit where credit is due. Definitely gotta give him some respect for working out and bettering himself. After all, we all have to start somewhere.
Can I achieve a physique like Ian's without the use of anabolic steroids?
Dude looks 14
Lowkey thought he was gonna say, "just graduated from middle school"
Anybody else think this guy looks like a buff Trevor Philips?
when i first started benching, i could only do 60 and all my friends made fun of me haha. all you gotta do is stay consistent and work up the weight
this guy is so lucky being trained by those dudes
Leave him alone guys. Everyone has to start from somewhere.
Massive respect for this guy, going hard in the gym cause he's doing something for himself. All these fuckwits in the comment section probably sitting at home watching videos wishing yous had as much balls as Ian.
This student is seriously set for success with the amount of detail and passion the buff team provides in this instruction. Whether it's demonstration, working through the mental aspect of the exercise, or going in and creating paths for the client to help them succeed catered to their individual capabilities, this is the best training I've seen- humble and respectable.
"Exciting things to happen in my life"
I love the way he is talking to him. Motivation and not making him feel bad. I wish I had someone to train me like that....
My second day of going to the gym. And these videos are helping me out a whole lot with free weight lifting. I also am doing machinery just because It’s easier for me to grow in areas that needs improvement so I can do heavier on plates and things like that!
I wish I'd seen this video when I first started last summer. Instead I watched a bunch of Mike Chang videos and subsequently didn't know what the fuck I was doing.
"rest times between 90 and 3 minutes"
I give the teen a lot of credit for starting to go to the gym. It takes confidence to start going to gym. I would know, I was nervous at first but now Im glad I went! I hope this kid keeps it up
