Teddy Atlas is a F***ing OG

Ive been really getting into these podcasts. Their a real treat and extremely motivational and Life changing. I started watching it as I Love Boxing but its way more than a Boxing Podcast. Their is no ego, its real talk , insightful, deep and uplifting. Great stuff.

Love that last bit when you face a certain fear that you could beat as in a boxer facing their opponent; you have won even if you lose the actual bout

George Foreman said he came back to win the title the second time because he quit against Ali, and that he had to live with quitting forever, and that it was basically more painful than the 45 min in the ring he would face. So he came back and got redemption and erased that by regaining the title as the oldest person in history to have done so at age 45, with the previous record being held by Jersey Joe Walcott, age 38.

I always get really emotional when I hear Teddy speak. Teddy is so wise yet he makes his words so digestible. It’s a symphony when this man gives you wise words.

I love to listen to clips of you and Cus. You help me more than you would ever know.

I really can't explain how accurate his Words are about the whole concept of Fear, I mean what a blessing to have this kind of help, OVERCOME FEAR ! It's the only way

Thank you teddy. This made me quite emotional. I feel i have quit and continued many times in my life. I do feel proud of the times i have 'gotten through ' i also feel the regret at many things that i guess ill always try to put right in my own way. I teach tennis to all levels and have done for 27years. Its amazing after becoming much more of a boxing fan for the last few years and finding out about you , how much info you give that translates to my sport, to myself and my pupils, . i have given interviews for phds in my feild and like to think i know a bit. the real gold is right here and im so happy i can use your knowledge and pass it on. I always say 'teddy says this..and teddy says that 'who is this teddy they say!!...i point them in your derection. Now cant wait to read your book. The podcast is great guys.
