Yes!! So cool that you are so into details, brother. Over two other multis, NXT Power is much crispier and less stretchy than classic NXT. Have you tried a fb of good old Syn Gut lately? While it gives way little spin..the sensations on contact with the ball are amazing.. Crispy shocky, yet so comfortable. Like the vibrations disappear in a beautiful timing. And not rubbery.

I completely agree, it can be crispy but still comfortable. There's going to be a lot more content dedicated to syn guts and unlocking modern playability out of them so stay tuned! 😄

Was watching your video again. And remembered words from Chris Edwards wrote me on a video of the TW KZread Channel. Over the tennis jargon on feel or level of vibrations we were saying that *· little or none vibrations* is often called muted, or dead feeling *· a mid point, proper amount of vibes* is a crisp, or clean feel. *· and high vibrations or too much vibrations* is what players call brassy, or jarring (this is the point where it becomes painful to the joints) Still...the more string sensitive you are, the more you can feel them, the more you would be staying away from high feedback -lots of vibrations- strings. And vice versa. And also over saying "dead strings"... I don't like to call them that way. It can be very confusing. Specially to newer folks. I think it could be more helpful to call them straightly, strings that have lost their tension and become notched. Because some new strings coming right off the stringer machine, can feel jarring. They are brand new, and have lots of "life" left. No notches. Lots of durability and material, to wear down. No lost tension. But they are as jarring, as an old, notched, stiff poly string job. So there it is about the level of feel. Some strings even perform better as they lose their elasticity, and stay stretched. But they are not notched. It would seem as if they had lost some tension. They just loosen and become more comfortable. Some other strings become so notched that they no longer snap out and back to position. So you no longer have the spin you had initially. And become so jarring and uncomfortable because of those locking and shocking notches. So it is much better to describe with details as you do. Thanks for all that; it helps me understand where you’re coming from and to see your point of view. Ya I agree mate, the language used for describing equipment in the racket/string industry space is a little arbitrary. I've always had a problem with that. It's not that they aren't "accurate", it's just that they are subjective. For e.g. what's stiff for me may be too soft for you. That's what I'm trying to do with offering frameworks: a systematic way of describing equipment so that the person at the other end of the screen can interpret my words better. I'm glad that you're finding it helpful, and I really appreciate the encouraging comments! 🙏🏽👍🏽😄 There's a lot more to come, hopefully I can do even better that I did in this vid! 🤞🏽

Great video! What is your favourite one or two multis (to string between 40&45)? Also what size racquet do you use? I tried this string in a Yonex vcore 98 at 50 and was disappointed that the strings did not shift at all. Could be to do with the texture, but that is the one thing i covet. In any case I am very keen to experiment with lower tensions as a result. Thanks.

Hey thanks, a lot of effort went into this video! 🙏😄 I honestly have never come across a multi I can recommend (sorry!). Instead, try Ytex's ProTour Blue. It's a poly, but truly soft and comfortable. It's one of only two strings I ever recommend, the other being Gosen OG Sheep Micro which is a syn. gut. I've done a review of both of these strings: Ytex PTB: kzread.info/dash/bejne/ooKt19uTZtaahbA.html Gosen OGSM: kzread.info/dash/bejne/hH2TzLKPfq2Tc7w.html These strings also play really well and give you good spin and durability at low tensions, and you should have no problem stringing them between 40-45 lbs. I play between 35-40 lbs depending on the weather/season. I play with a 100 sq. in. racket. I'm currently playing with the Prince Phantom O3 100. That review is out in just over a week, on May 29! Previously I've played with Bolt frames; I have both the 98L V1 and 100L V1. I preferred the 100L V1 between those two. Let me know if you have any other questions, and I'll try my best to answer them! 👍

YTEX Pro Tour Blue! It's my fav. string and the only soft poly I can recommend! I'm actually working on a VERY in-depth review of that string which is going to be out in 3 weeks time, on May 1. You're not going want to miss it, so stay tuned if you want to hold off on your purchase until then. My friend Kent from the channel OpenCourt did a nice review of it. That's an interesting combination! I haven't tried Hawk before but from reviews I saw online said it had a "connected and muted" response, which I can see working with X-Natural. If you've tried this combo, what was your experience with it?

A multi strung at 40?? Come on now - especially if it’s a rough string you should be above 50 minimum

I've found low tensions to work best for me over time. My poly setups tend to be in the 35-40 lbs range and multi setups tend to be in the 40-45 lbs range. For this string I think 45 lbs would be the ideal tension for me.
