It's time to move my shipping damaged Technics RS-B755 across the finish line. I ordered the first set of reel drive gears for this thing three months ago and they never showed up. Now I finally have a gear to replace the cracked one so we'll do that as well as address the surface mount capacitors on the capstan motor board.
While I'm at it, I'll also apply most of the known modifications to this deck to make it sound better. We don't even know if this thing records yet, but we sure will by the time the video's over.
