Why would the 'service required' notice appear?

Question … I factory reset machine before watching this lol… I don’t remember default password how can I find out?

Mine doesn't have the "Confirm Service" line item. Do you know why this would be the case?

I don’t have the entire menu part that says says service tools. Mine goes from disc distance detector and the next one is faculty reset

You need another password to be able to remove service requred- 9512867
