​@@antonrheaume Hi Anton! Sniperwild Heartless do not appear in End of the World. And to my knowledge, the only opportunity to acquire a Mythril from Bambi in End of the World is during the first battle at Linked Worlds - it's a one-time gauntlet, and no other areas in that world hold enough Heartless to fill Bambi's CHG gauge more than twice.

It’s been 24 years, and still no game in the series comes close to the depth and creativity that the original has. Every time you think you know every secret it has, something else is dug up. Great video!

wooh i love Tech points! i dunno they just feel good to get 'rewarded' when you parry or use specific magic in game!!! Plus who hasnt used correct timing about Wakka on Destiny island to get Tech points to level up Sora?

I learned some things in this video!

I've been thinking: What if they changed the wording of Tech to something else so that new players are more likely to engage in the Tech Point system? Maybe "Effective! 1p" for good attacks, or "Parried! 1p" for blocking, or "Weakness! 1p" for using the right magic elements. I think these wordings would bring more clarity to the players about their actions in combat, telling them they're doing something right.

0:39 They returned in the KH3 Beta. And I have really no reason why they didn't keep them in the final game. Like, even if they presumably couldn't come up with a lot of clever triggers to obtain them for every enemy type, just giving the player extra exp for playing well is fun. Honestly, even tho my favorite KH game, Re:Coded(yes, I am the weird person in the room), has gameplay I much prefer, it still does not even approach the density and creativity of the gamedesign in KH1 and that is a shame. The series really never put that much effort into little details like that ever again. 12:13 Tbh, it does not actually surprise me. KH1 JP is very diffrent from KH1 West in its balancing, it is seemingly just as significant of a rework as Final Mix-versions are. Other known localization diffrences in gameplay are that BBS added Critical Mode and the worst Secret Boss, and that Days was made less grindheavy, critical hits were made more viable and you can 100% the game without another player.(And according to a mention or two online, the original COM was also rebalanced, but I don't think anyone checked to confirm. At least I admittedly can't be bothered to play the japanese version of the game and compare every 5 seconds if the numbers match up)

Yeah, the stats are significantly different in the original game. World of Chaos in the Japanese version has more HP than Sephiroth in the western release or any Final Mix version. And that means the HP gauge doesn't appear to drain at first similarly to Sephiroth since it can only show HP up to 1500 in Kingdom Hearts.
