    He needs to move faster, he said 40 years. Most serious investors make changes within 3, 5 at max

    Not really Atlanta has a bright future maybe not in downtown but midtown is rapidly growing with more and more people coming in each year. It’s unprecedented growth supported by film, tech and even manufacturing now. No ones going anywhere.

    People will have to learn to co-exist with the dsyfunction. People are tired of living in the suburbs with little or no entertainment or things to do. We need an overhaul of justice system, bring back the 3 strike rule

    That’s one of the worst areas in the city lol just because you bring in nice businesses and housing doesn’t mean you can get rid of all the homeless people and bandits. Those demographics are gonna flock to that area regardless bc the homeless shelters and Grady are near there. They keep trying this and it hasn’t seemed to work yet. Plus traffic is horrible

    Atlanta has good business leaders but we need better representation on the council (ESPECIALLY in District 5)
