Love the idea of an updated Bandit car. The LeMans is beautiful. Rust and rat droppings, the joys of restorations
So glad they are showing Red Sled build... I’m building a ‘63 Impala and this is great inspiration!

donovan007007 Man about 30 years ago I owned a 63 ss impala. Still one of my favorite
Great job on the Lemans! I've been anticipating every episode. FINALLY it's done. Awesome!
It's my favorite thing in the whole World watching and knowing that our Classic Cars are still being Salvaged and yes put back on the road by People that want them saved too . . .
No cussing, screaming about deadlines,i like this
Love these early 60s Impalas. Amazing styling!
These videos are an eye-opener for anyone wanting to start and successfully complete any serious auto repair work or project. I always liked doing my own work on my vehicles, engine rebuild, repair a four speed truck trans with granny gear, remove and replace front clip, cab and bed on a 63 chevy half-ton, the list of work I've done is incredibly long. First, most important, a decent sized garage to work in, mine was 22 by 32 feet, always have the right and high quality tools, good shop manuals, and I always had one or two other vehicles to drive so I could take my time with the project vehicle. You are gonna get dirty, greasy, and probably will get very familiar with local boneyards. I liked working on vehicles, really. My regular job was 40hrs a week, Registered Nurse Case Manager for an Insurance Company. Older now, retired, wish I could do it all over again.
Well you had me hooked when you said a W engine going in! Love that motor!
This is fantastic , dreams that come true , I love your work guys .
I remember watching this build week by week on tv. I wanted this car so bad, everything you guys did to this car was fantastic. What ever happened to it? Was it put up for sale? Still owned by the network? I would really like to find it. Thanks for posting this video, I can't get enough of this car.
Glad to see this can brought back. They deserve to live for ever. I have a 67 impala convertable. When cars were built right.

I had a triple black 67’ with bucket seats. Only had the 283 but a very nice car. You would have liked it. Keystone rims and a red pinstripe. Rebuilt the suspension I mean everything in it including the steering even if it was in good condition I changed it uppers lowers control arms , tie rids you name it a new center link , shocks , it rode and drove like brand new steer it one finger at 80 mph. Good brakes too lol

@@dontellgucci1117 I just dis the same thing to the one. I have. Took me about 3 month but it drives just like you say. Like a caddy lol. Can get enough. Sounds like a very cool car.
Beautiful work!
I spent 4+ years rebuilding a 1960 Chevrolet Impala 4 Door Sedan. I guess it is easy when you have many people, unlimited budget and easy access to parts and services.

Amen to that!
I had one of these cars when I was in high school, it had a 348 4bbl, and 4 speed, I put a posi traction with 3.89:1 gears in the rear, and I never lost a street race....EVER. it was the fastest true street car on west Colfax.
Please upload ALL episode of this build!!!!
I like your great job for rescuing the very vintage cars I appreciate your care
O God what a beautiful transformation... Superb
My absolute favorite Impala. I'm glad you saved it.
Love that Lemans!! the 61 Chevy gonna be nice too!!
Thanks for informative video!!!
Dude love the episodes where you take a beat to hell old piece of history and take apart and restore it.goose bumps. But I wish you guys would restore completely to orginal with maybe just a sick as motor. 👍
Love the 61! Can't wait to see more on it.

Man a full rebuild vid would be awesome. I have a rusted 63 impala that was my grandfathers I am about to tackle
Rare, indeed. When you started the video, I thought it was actually a Bel Air. Back in the sixties, when a '61 Chevy was a common sight, I remember only one time seeing a two-door sedan Impala.
I’ve been in a 10yr process of rebuilding a 61 Biscayne 2dr hard top. Going with tuxedo black on black w/ steel wheels and dog dish hub caps. Was able to tuck a 10.5” street slick. Powered by a Motown 427 backed by a Tremec 6speed and 4:10s. Can’t wait to hit the street!
I'm very proud of you guys !!
I'm glad I came across this video. I have a '66 T-bird in almost the exact same condition.
My Grandpa had a brand new 1961 Oldsmobile Super 88 & man that was a beautiful car. I still remember that beautiful red color all metal dash with those chrome elliptical gauges.
I agree would like to see more rebuilds from start to finish.
These guys got all the critical ingredients...Talent, Energy, Motivation Everything god forgot to add into my recipe

No gods. Your on your own. Okay though life's great on its own.
OMG!!!!! That my favorite Impala! God that car has character!
HEY! Pay attention when you remove the front seat of any old car. You just might find the "build sheet" that followed the car down the assembly line, giving you all the options on that car.
As for a custom touch on a 61 Impala i took and cut the end of the quarters off a 76 Camaro and then frenched them into my 61 rear tail panel/trunk. Was made to work.
Great beginning on the 61 but what about the follow through and completion? I have one that Im getting ready to build and this is inspiring and helpful.
Awesome informative Video experience Y'alls God Bless Ya 🙏
Do you have a full video to install a deluxe ac / heater on a 1961 Chevy impala,
My favorite body styles were 1960 and 1962. I dated a guy with a new black with red interior 1962 impala. Beautiful and great ride.
Questions what do you do with the. Motor an manual transmission out these car or truck thank👍
They make it look so easy!
I would really love to see that 61 impala done right!...it will be a truly rare beauty! ❤️
Nice Impala. Thank you.
looked it up - this build was completed in 2011. i thought i remembered seeing it
Man a full rebuild vid would be awesome. I have a rusted 63 impala that was my grandfathers I am about to tackle
Hey guys beautiful work from stat to end. From God's hands to your hands may he continue to bless all of you and the business because that's what he do make the dead alive. Love you guys. Mike
Can't wait to see the rest of that 61 Impala

My favourite channel
Hey, doesn't look too daunting to me ... I tore apart a few, back in the day. So vids like this get an instant grin from me!
every time i hear : out with the old in with the new i remember chrisfix ❤️
So much history in that car. It's cool to imagine who drove it around and what they did.
The LeMans turned out great. Love it. Ready to get into that Chevy
My 66 GTO is a factory two tone paint car top Star lite black on Tiger gold with the classic aluminum slots
I love the shot of them just kicking the bumper
Never really saw this car finished. It made it to about 3/4 finished then it sort of disappeared.
Wow! What a great show! where is part two of the Impala?
Second car looked amazing!
Yes it can ! My old 63 Chevy Nova Sedan 4 door was in just as bad shape so I cut my floor pans and trunk out myself I had the pans and trunk welded in looks great now onto replacing my corner panels and restore the interior maybe someday . Iam doing it slowly my self because my husband is stage 4 pancreatic cancer so I have no choice and money now lol. Just my dream to finish it 👍
I love Impalas. I have a 63 SS and a 65 Convertable and a 95 SS and 2001. I really want a 60 though. 61 is a great one too.
My folks bought a 1961 Impala convertible the year I graduated from high school. It was black with a white top and red interior. A great car!0
Where is the part when they finish the Impala
I'm sorry to see the line lock burn out. Many of the kids today do this without knowing the damage that is done to the tires and the car. Boy! But I do love hearing an engine or transmission blow!! WoW!!
Sometime i was think to restored old car... Then i clean up the rust with sand blasting, then the car disappear... Lol
lucky for you guys they did make plenty of 4 door 61 chevys, but a bunch went to the crusher.

Red Sled has been done for YEARS and is sitting in the Coker Tire headquarters showroom...
Excellent car to restore!
My Brother had one. It was metalflake blue with all the chrome.
yes sir loving the Bandit
I watch all these and can’t recall them finishing this ‘61?? Did they out a stroker 409 in it?
Dad had one of those, I don't know what became of it but I hope someone preserved it.
Great car. My parents had a 4 door “61” Chevy. The finished video is on the PowerNation TV web site, MuscleCar Show S6,E1. I couldn’t find it on KZread.
I see what you guys are doing here, holy shit this is a big project, very cool
This was one of my favorite builds.
Amish Mike seemed very comfortable pushing that car, maybe it brought back fond memories of his time studying engineering at the Amish School of Technology, they push a lot of cars there
Old is gold
Wow you guys so awesome
That appraisal seemed low when you compare the price of cars at Smoky Mountain Traders in Maryville but was more in line with the prices at Maple Motors in Hendersonville (TN)
My first car was a 61 Chevy. I learned at five a manual in it when I was 13. Our rear seat floor rusted out in less than 10 years.
Great word not enough for you all you have bright dreams and future good luck
Awsome nice impala
Olá amigos, infelizmente não falo inglês,mas cara realmente é demais os trabalhos de vocês,parabéns sou loucospor estes carros ,abraços do Brasil
Heck yes, that can buff out and sprayed clear to keep the patina.
Saw one on a used car once Had original 409 and 4 sp trans Somebody had used it up real fast in the days
Do you have on KZread the red sled other than this one here. I mean I'm not really a GM fan but I like that car. And I saw the tear down and I don't remember seeing anything else be nice to see the whole thing beginning to end
Dad had a 61 Impala SS with a 409. Sold it before I could get my hands on it. Probably a good thing.
Fabulosos los vehículos gracias
Beautiful.
Brake Torquin' is ALWAYS fun when somebody else is buyin the tires!!!!!
Beautiful trans am
Man I love those flattops
1961 Ford Falcon for me too. 1957 Chevy great. 61 Chevy great thanks.
Imma call that Lou's Car! cos Big, Bad, Loud, and Beautiful! and the car is too... lol,
Cool, it only takes 17 min to restore and old rusty impala. That gives me hope that I can do it
Gotta leave a comment no matter what they do or not do I've got all original 1961 biscayne straight 6.with the optional oil filter....yeah it doesnt have a oil filter I have the kit to install one but it came from the factory without one.its got 35k miles on it I change change the oil every 1000 miles.my dad bought it brand new and I got it off him in 96.still runs strong.
i agree get on with the 61
Way undervalued this car!
One of the best design ever.
59 and 61 are my favorite Impalas
With that amount of rust damage, I would be scared to put it up on a lift for fear it not be able survive the stress.
