My understanding and comments on the topic discussed - when we respect our work, role at the core we automatically respect the other members of the team. -learn to receive and give constructive feedbacks to improve mutually - learn. Content is good however there is huge contrast in the music being played in the background and your voice everytime the music played I had to lower the volume everytime you spoke I had to raise the volume. It was such a tedious task toggling.

Voice is good and audible to hear in Headphones. I know it's low without them, but she has perfect level of voice pitch. She just need to adjust her mike or set it to solve this problem.
