The box on the back of the M1A1HC is an APU (auxiliary power unit), allowing it to decrease fuel consumption while idle.
the 2 cam setup is a really good idea and quote of the day is "you know he's a ginger prat isn't he" haha love it guys keep her lit. The smell of a freshly opened kit is glorious lol.
Another fantastic video, gents! My favorite part was the discussion about the Apache! When I was a kid, we lived at a military base in Germany. As part of school field trip, we got to visit a hangar and see a bunch of cool stuff, but my favorite part was when they took us each up in an Apache, one at a time! It was only for a minute and they had completed disabled every button in the back seat, but it was a blast! The Apache will always be my favorite helicopter. 😁
Fun update gents!Really enjoyed the unboxing!
as to fitting the Howitzers to the Vehicles its the power of Duck tape the forces cant move without it
Very clever joint screen, all the best Garry
Great update guys. Lovely look in this box.
It does look like a very well worth the money starter set
That is a great box, have to get my hand on one of these.
Thank you!
Certainly looks like a good quality and value product :-)
Ordered one on eBay, hope to receive it mid-next week. Hoping I can incorporate the M1s and Bradleys from the starter into the army. It doesn't look like the Start Here guide includes HMMWV assembly instructions - I mean, they're simple enough (but most are) and I know the instructions are available on the spotlights online, as you say.
I know this is super nitpicking of me but T- Tube Launched O- Optically Tracked W- Wire Guided missile system. Again I know is a minor detail but you tend to say “optically wire guided” every time you bring up TOWs.
The 'sharks teeth' are for use on the Cobra rather than the Apache helo. Challenger and Abrams are expensive, so you won't be running many on the table. I'm not sure that Bradley or Warrior are worth the points as infantry transport. I went with the FV432 for my Brits and used the points elsewhere. We have yet to see the new Soviet list, so maybe it will even out, or the standard game will creep to 120 points (as long as you both agree to spend the extra points on the 'new' units). A T-55 horde at 120 points would be horrible :)
what is that?
well the marines are getting rid of their tanks so you wont need the decals anymore
