15:15 this is also what I'm asking why was he still laying on the ground? He wasn't hurt or anything. Was he expecting a call or something? Even if he knew he can't reach the shooter on time, he still should get up fast for a potential rebound.

Team a,b,c,d whatever but other countries have figured them out. American basketball is very predictable and that is why they often lose now.
