For aug/sept semester, june july is the hiring season. For jan/feb semester, it's november. Best places to check for vacancies are on their social media accounts and uni websites.

Onsite: pwedeng random students plus faculty or limited faculty members lang walang students at all Online: depende sa university. Meron 1 person lang ang audience. Meron halos buong faculty ay audience

No need na yun kapag demo. Tinitignan lang nila yung classroom management and personality mo sa demo.
