Do they give better pay if we join from some other company with 2 to 3 Years of experience? Or do they offer same pay as per designation standard salary?
Most of the things are not right. None of the TCSer got 2 digit hike. 95% associates get 4.0 to 6.3% hike.

I have hell lot of data as i worked in infosys hr datasets specially salaries and the variantion is huge some get very good salaries even with really low experience and some gets really low salsries less that 10 lakh even after 12 to 15 years of experience. I can only say learn to negotiate your salary else move out

yes you can..but if you've bond then have to pay back the bond amount (around 50k)..but if you want to leave after completing training,you've to serve notice period..or else they can take legal actions on you(less chances though) but will effect ur repo if want to come back ever.. but I'll suggest to serve the notice as approximately will know 3-4months back than joining that you're selected in any govt job(other than banking) so you can drop resignation and serve notice.. telling this as the world is moving so fast that you can't be sure that won't back ever in IT..Govt jobs are also not 100% secure nowadays..rest is your choice

Yeah yeah they have introduced new rules but need to check once and will create the video on that.

Bhai Saab...thoda analysis real points pe kiya karo. Ye TCS hai big 4 firm nai jo apako more than 12-15% yearly hike de.I have completed 8 years in TCS and I'm sure you will not get more than 7-9% hike aur wo bhi A band ke liy Without politics 😂😂

Asli baat bata yaar yeh 2 number ka paisa kaise kamaya jaiye PRIVATE firm maine.jaisa sarkari engineer kamata hai ya doctor ho yaa koi sarkari nakuar ho jais IAS,IPS hawaldar yeh log jaisa 2number ka kamata hai waisa bata bhai.yeh package mai e kuch nai rakha hai.sala chawaniya flat ka rate 1crore se Kam nai hai yeh 2number ke paisa se hi hoga.jai hind vandematram

Wrong information, I am in tcs for 2 years and 4 months With A bands and 4.5 ratings but salary never touched 4.6 , it's only 4.26 and also digital for ninja employees is a satta in TCS. You will know about it once you have faced it 😂
