I am 70 years old and I have had the same 25 inch RCA tv since 1973. The set finally stopped working yesterday so my son purchased me this same exact tv last night through Walmart for $324.00. My RCA originally cost me $500.00. He said I can now get rid of my converter box and my rabbit ears. I'm a bit apprehensive because I originally only had 5 channels to watch. Only time will tell if I can get use to this new one. Thank you for the nice review.

I bought this same tv last year around this time. well, life changed and i had to pawn it. I needed a new tv and again, thought of this. went to the pawn shop today and it was still there...MY OG TCL!! Needles to say we are once again reunited.

You forgot to mention that you can use your headphones on the roku remote app for better listening or watching tv with a sleep pin person in the same room

Is the actual stand at the bottom of the tv adjustable? Meaning you can move the stand at the bottom to fit the table that it’s sitting on?

So vesa mount compatibility is a small point but naming inputs isn’t? It’s already named hdmi 1 or vga ect if you plug it in to that physically labeled port you don’t have to flip channels and if you change hdmi1 to Xbox it’s still labeled hdmi1 on the back of the tv.

Can I connect a USB flash drive to it and watch o listen to whatever media I have stored in the USB?

Great picture and features but my 55" 55S525 died in less than 3 years!

I got the 55 inch and I love it... but last Friday I bought a 43 for my room .... the screen was broken.. plugged it in and the screen never turned on lol

I like SHORT cords. Our TV is on the wall, and the outlet is right behind it. 3 feet would be fine!

@@d-t-c9141 Idk if you've seen other comments but its supposedly made with cheaper parts. Some stating the TV stand is 2 lbs lighter and it requires a different wall mount. Take it with a grain of salt, it might work completely fine for some but don't be surprised if something happens.

Yes you can just try to put the legs while the tv is on the box that way you dont have trouble with the screws

If you are facing the TV screen, they are on the opposite of the left side.. Hope that helps...👍🏻

its not going to produce to the xbox or ps5 capibilities. it does not do 2.1hdmi or 120hz. get yourself a gaming monitor 1440 or 4k

Yes, but it's not optimized for the ps5. No worries tho as most games won't be optimized for the ps5 anyway. At least not for another year or two.
