The opening tune was amazing, great channel guys keep up the great work.. every time you demo a pedal I have to add it to my wish list on thomann! Guys I’m trying to save for a house, your killing me.
Whoa amazing little sounding stompbox, this one does it all ! Definitely gonna take one to step up my game.
Great video. This pedal really suited Josh's fretless that segment was awesome.
Great Review!!!! That sound!!!
Very nice folks! TC pedals are amazing. God Bless you.
Thanks for the demo, these sounds and playing are amazing! Maybe you would consider demoing ehx oceans 11. A lot of great reviews, but hardly any soundclips with bass. So many options there - really curious what you could do with it.
Beautiful.
Jaime Lewis just gets better and better!
Big love for all of your demos! You guys must like reverb, and all the demos of that effect sounds killer!

Thanks for the love! It’s hard to make reverb sound bad so it’s always a welcomed effect for us.
Dr. Will and The Space Echo would be a great act to pay to see.
Good sound!!!
Great work you guys helped me very much but could you do us a review of the keeley caverns v2?
@0:38 I didn't know Corky from "Life goes on" plays bass!🤔
I never comment, but i'm baked af watching this and its awesome
Damn what is that Nick is playing at 14.01, so good man
A new sound frontier
No EBS pedal yet... why????? Got one which is terrific. You should try one. And BRAVO for your channel, I follow you from quiet the beginning. ;)
Big fan of the channel here. Video demos are excellent. Good job fellers! Surprised that the number of “likes” is so low relative to the number of views. Come one viewers!...Show some love! Please do some “shootout reviews” : “this pedal Vs. that pedal” comparisons. Thanks!

Comparisons are tricky. Especially because some viewers may favor one pedal over the other and continually comment “Oh, you didn’t dial in the perfect setting for (pedal b).” I do my best to keep the signal chain exactly the same for every video to help people directly compare any two similar products we’ve done. Thy being said, I am in the midst of a comparison series with a handful of DI pedals. I think you may enjoy it.
It all depends on that tone pot. Can it roll off low end, or only high end?
Imagine a reverb chorus wah combo
Can you do the zvex wooly mammoth bass fuzz?
Can You try out the Hall of Fame 2x4 reverb?
What is the fretless bass Nick is playing at 17:15?
Pedal combos would be a little cooler. I don't think too many of us are playing straight through a reverb pedal and nothing else.
Great! Can there be bass covers with different basses though except for only the warwick?

@@starchild108 its a willcox fretless saber with lightwave pickups. Infrared pickups instead of magnetic. I own a 5 string fretted. They're sweet, but punish poor technique because you can't hide any mistake you make like you can with magnetic pups.
Loving the bass at 3:52 What is it? not a clue what it is!

do the musicians know what pedal they are demoing when they are playing?
@TheBassChannel
5 жыл бұрын
Yes and no. During recording sessions, riffs are usually recorded with prompts like “something for a fuzz/od/distortion”, “something for a chorus, flanger, phaser, etc.”, “clean and pretty”, “funky”, and so on. As of May 12, 2019, we’ve accumulated approximately 300 different riffs that are grouped into which general style of effect they’d suit best, and are further narrowed down by the specific pedal at hand. On any given pedal shoot, close to 50 are auditioned, and approximately 20 are recorded. Some are often removed during editing.
What kind of corvette is that Warwick? It sounds close to the mid range series
