Trick to Clean Up Your Rhythm (using delay)

Музыка

No, delay pedals aren't just for obscuring your mistakes and draining your bank account... they can help you improve your rhythm too!
In this lesson I'll show you some simple (but challenging) exercises you can do with a delay pedal to get direct feedback on good your rhythm is.
I’m gonna use my TC Flashback II Delay for this video, but you can use literally any delay, including a freebie in Garageband or whatever.

If you update the flashback 2 firmware, you can replace the mash function with tap tempo 👍

I knew how to play with dotted 8th note delay and I practiced for the same reason. But I didn’t know how to articulate what I was doing so thanks man 👍🏾👍🏾

Hi Josh, thank you for this video. Could you please tell what kind of chords are you playing at 8:00 for instance, or maybe just give a hint on general approach? This sounds like a ticket to the outer space...Thanks!
