OMG, this is the first time I've ever seen Flo from the Progressive commercials (coincidentally, I paid my Progressive bill today) outside of those commercials! And also the first time I've ever heard her real name before.

When I was working at Walt Disney World a couple of years ago, I once had a guest tell me that I looked like Tom Hanks. I've always assumed that's a compliment, even though I am a lot younger than he is.
Jim Rash with a mustache... I feel more nostalgia for Dean Pelton from Community than I do Woody from Toy Story.
