I was only 10 years old when Debut released, I was lucky enough to see her in 2010 (PEI Canada) when I was 14, and I am now 28 years old and connecting to her story and music more than ever ❤

I don’t hate her but I don’t like her either. She’s so unbelievably overrated and all her songs are played out. Honestly there isn’t anything really special or interesting about her, except for her continuing bad choices in men. She’s basic, period. but people will like who they like so it’s whatever. 🤷‍♀️

I started listening to her catalog last year and I was astounded. I had only heard her radio hits, but that only scratches the surface! Her music is so diverse, and I’ve fallen in love with her and her music. And I’m in my 70’s!
