For all the horrible ways Swifties have treated him this past year and made all sort of unfounded ridiculous theories about him, his family, his co-stars, his career, his character and whatnot, Joe Alwyn is a better man than most for giving such a measured, gracious response. He also closes the chapter saying it was hard for him; he's not trivialising what the heartbreak was and he says it was a long and loving and committed relationship in his pov.

He's very classy. Whatever happened to them, I feel like he still respects her. I hope he find his happiness. I have this feeling he'll someday end up with a minor English aristocrat and live somewhere away from public eyes ❤

Unfortunately he loved her his way but sometimes if you are not proactive about your other half because of your immaturity oh I have her and failed to care and nature your love to blossom you will loose until its too late. Sorry Joe your misfortune is a gain to someone else

Does it matter anymore they all moved from Taylor to some model or actress and other. Just hope he gets what he wants cause it surely wasn't Taylor after she wait 6 years for him to love her just her not the girl in video but the one who was he was stuck with during Covid. If that's not love tell me what is cause I know most couples found out who people were like during covid and it wasn't easy.

She was and still is the immature one along with Travis being immature as well. Good for you Joe… you’ve moved on and she’s stuck with still thinking about you which is why she and Travis are doing poorly now… red flags everywhere in that relationship.

She learned someone can still love you and not be joined at the hip and participate in her one and only life outside of the bubble. And he's learning that it is time to grow up and mature as a partner.

It's Joe's fault that he dated her cause her whole shtick is writing songs about love and heartbreak taken inspiration from her muses, that's what she's known for as an artist , that's why she became FAMOUS in the first place . Like really its capitalized and red underlined in the contract he signed. Joe should've known she was "trouble" for him at the start if he wanted a peaceful life!!!

Again they were incompatible! Remember Taylor got with this man when she felt the world had cancelled her due to the kimnye drama. And it is one of those things that make you wonder and probably her too? Would she have gotten with Joe if she didn't feel down on her luck? The answer to that is probably no. She is a superstar who wants to be number 1 and needs the spotlight. He was some fresh actor literally coming out of drama school with no legit credentials. There was no there-there in the grand scheme of things and would have split ages ago if it wasn't the pandemic. Now Taylor has Travis Kelce who is well suited to her and she is happy with him. The End.

Taylor removed Invisible strings from the ErasTour set list on March 31, 2023 and replaced it with The 1. Her breakup with Joe was announced a week later on Matty Healy's birthday April 8, 2023. That's what I get.

To drag the relationship for six years and that’s not a commitment. Woman has a biological clock and how many more years Taylor has to wait for his proposal? Man can have babies even at age 80 but not women.
