She did not die there. She lived in a spacious bungalow, cared for by a nurse until her death in 1965.

The storyline goes like this. The girl and the boy had a short time thing long ago. They occasionally meet here and there and small talk about weather and outfits. They both moved and is living their life until he came to live in a house near her. They both have partners now and her's is cheating on her while she is playing oblivion. The song ends with him telling her to come to florida and the story continues in song "florida" (spoiler: she and her friends kill their cheating husbands)

Yes and she fell in love with her AP in those 2 weeks so she was devastated when it suddenly ended that she fell into destructive things to numb the pain which is ruining her life. She is so jealous of his wife she wants to kill her. Then she learns her husband is cheating on her too so she is hypocritically furious with him and her marriage isn't looking too healthy.

I guess you haven’t listen to the litany of songs like Antihero, she literally says “it’s me, hi, I’m the problem it’s me”🤦🏼‍♀️😂 she has countless tracks that pick at her faults, for example the lyrics “Did you hear my covert narcissism I disguise as altruism like some kind of congressmen” about the contrast between what she says publicly and her true motives as well as “I have this thing where I get older but just never wiser”. And those are all just from the one song Antihero.

She also has just as many if not more songs speaking positively on her exes and past relationships as she does “breakup songs”. So many of her songs are heavy with self deprecating lyrics so maybe you just haven’t heard them. But you should. Might change your perspective. And even if it doesn’t, she’s an artist and song writer and has a right to express herself through songs about her life, it’s literally her job. This also isn’t all that critical of whatever partner she’s talking about. She spends the whole song talking about how they fell for eachother but had bad timing and BOTH made mistakes that ruined their lives but they couldn’t help it. The last lyric is “but it won’t start up, till I touch, touch, touch you” … I really don’t understand how you interpreted that as her criticizing and putting all the blame on him, she wants to be with him. 😂 And honestly if you wanna hear a song like that there are so many other songs of hers that are WAY more brutal than this one lol

And also, here’s a thought, if you genuinely believe all her songs are breakup songs tearing down her exes, then maybe … don’t listen to her music anymore? 😂 Of course everyone has a right to share their opinions and critique and review music and if you don’t like it thats totally fair but like, why listen to something you hate it’s only a waste of your own time. It takes zero effort to just not comment negative things about an artist you clearly dislike. I don’t know, just seems a little wild. Sorry I wrote a full novel in the comments I just got carried away lol and I’m not even a Swiftie.

Not Sure why they watched to begin with. Makes me suspect he’s one of those people who go into the video already knowing what they’re going to say regardless and just want an opportunity to talk shit about her.
