Taylor Port Wine Review
Ruby red port. A rich, fruity taste and smooth finish. Pair with your favorite dessert or serve with a twist or with soda.
Taylor Wine Company was founded in 1880 with a seven-acre vineyard overlooking Keuka Lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York State. After making Ports and Sherries for over 100 years, they continue their fine tradition with a line of dessert wines called "Taylor Desserts." It is the second largest traditional desserts brand in the country, with eight different blends and three bottle sizes - more than any other national brand.

Personally one of my favorite wines. Gets you drunk as hell and mind you. I found out because I seen a young pregnant woman drinking this..and ever since I dabble in it once in a while.

Its officially the M.B. shirt.
I find it funny that people my age are interested in it because of tiktok, it caught my attention because the brand is the same as my name and my mother told me she hated port (back when I had no idea about wine other than dry/sweet) which usually means a sweet wine. Honestly it didn’t disappoint for the price point but my god is it sweet. Would be good mixed with something for desert.
I’ve had this stuff, can confirm. If I poured some vodka into some Welch’s grape juice I’d get almost the exact same taste. I’ve had much worse.
I enjoyed a 750ml bottle of this, just a few months back. Good stuff.

It's certainly easy to drink my friend.
Juiced asf rn off the port
I thought the review was very fair, I purchased a bottle from Sam’s Club and just tried it. I did not care for it, but everywhere I looked it had positive reviews. It’s been a little while since I’ve had port wine so I thought my memory was off. In the end, I will absolutely drink the rest of the bottle and I might even consider buying another one for those that come by and don’t understand or appreciate a nicer one. Instead of this being called a port wine maybe the appropriate thing would be Poor Wine

Thanks buddy.
I’d like to try this, but is it sweet like a Manischewitz or Mogen David? I like sweet wines, but once it gets to the sticky and nauseatingly sweet level of Manischewitz, I just can’t drink it.

@@distlledbrewedreviewed Thanks for replying! I may not like it, but I’ll give it a shot one day when I’m feeling adventurous.
Appreciate it, purchased by mistake thinking it was a decent port and heard it’s literally MD 2020

No sacrifice is too great for the channel. I have the M.B. shirt on as well.
Definitely a nice cheap sweet wine but nothing compares to the more aged ports

I wouldn't drink that, even back in the late 1960s!

I don't blame you my friend.
I thought port just meant fortified wine.

port, also called Porto, specifically, a sweet, fortified, usually red wine of considerable renown from the Douro region of northern Portugal, named for the town of Oporto where it is aged and bottled; also, any of several similar fortified wines produced elsewhere
Title should be Boomer acts pretentious and eventually reviews Taylor port
