Best acquisition since Brad. Hands down. Get these two on a show together. Please. Let Brad cook a dish and have André pair a wine. Maybe have him taste some of Brad's kombucha, and have Brad taste one of his favorite wines and then whip up a dish that would pair well.

He's the classiest person because doesn't even worry about "high" or "low" culture. He makes everyone feel welcome, because all he sees is inherent value. 🍷 🍔 🍾 🍕 🥂 😍

Sir Andre is one of my new favorite online personalities. He’s very himself, but also incredibly intelligent. Wine experts make it seem like explaining things in “English” is not worth it. Love Andre, can’t wait to see what else he does

André’s video always make me want to pop a cork instantly. I just wanna hang out with this dude and just let him talk wine at me for hours as I sit in awe. He does such a great job getting us plebs excited about wine.

It's great to see this. My wedding was at a vineyard (Pinot Noir dominant), and I had a burger caterer (rock on, Joe's). It was awesome! And totally not the fault of any wedding vendor for my eventual divorce. :D

WOW, I did NOT see that last one coming, and I absolutely love it. Props, Andre, what a fantastic journey.

Andre is so much fun. He makes everything so approachable and normal. Can't get enough!

This guy is just the best. Not pretentious at all and just breaks down wines to the simplest terms that anyone can understand. Would love to have a glass and chill with this guy if ever given the chance.

I think making your own healthier version of fast food dishes and then pairing it with wine is more the skill.

Well, this was fun!!! Thanks for curating my next birthday feast: filet-o-fish and caviar with champagne. Awesome!

For anyone else curious about non-pretentious and non-traditional food & wine pairings, highly recommend checking out the book Big Macs and Burgundy. So glad to see a somm like André teaching things in such an approachable, friendly way and introducing people, who don't drink wine or wouldn't otherwise, to the really fascinating world of wine!

Movie snacks next please! Popcorn, jumbo pretzel, chocolate candy, gummy candy...

Andre' is the reason I watch this channel. I appreciate his expertise on wine pairings. I occasionally buy McDonalds and now I know what goes with it.

This man put caviar on a filet o fish and paired it with Champagne. And I am here for it

I don’t even drink wine but André does such a good job with his descriptions that it makes it a joy to watch.

The Filet o Fish is, as we all know, the go-to fast food for Catholics on Good Friday. So, best to pair it with an Easter wine.

If Andre does food pairing for all the Cuisines of the world, I will watch all of those videos.

Gotta admit ; I watched so much of this guy yesterday that I ended up getting myself a bottle of wine yesterday evening lol. Hardy's it was (pretty good at its price point)

It taught us a bit more about flavor profiles and most of all that wine doesn’t have to be paired with fine dining in order to be appreciated. 🤣🤣🤣 I think sommeliers have to do a tasting, like an exam where they have to taste different wines and infer the ingredients and different aromas while being judged by a panel.. So yeah, it's like a phd dissertation in some ways.
