Good plots, good actors, good music - without doubt one of the best Westerns. Just wish that they had made more.

Whorf and Peter Whitney also both starred in a terrific movie called "Blues In The Night" about a roving band of musicians who traveled by boxcar...as for this series the more i see it the more I like it...but I can see why it never really caught on...still...intelligently written with good plots...and nice to see Warren Oates...

Daviid McLean was the Marlboro Man in commercials for cigarette's. It killed him. He went thru dozens of hundreds of paks for the sake of commercials to make Phillip Morris $. They owned the tobacco company. He died a horrible death for the sake of someone else's $

WOLFROY47 in this episode he was a gun for hire. Most bounty hunters were deputy sheriffs. They supplemented their income with the rewards. Check out a deputy by name of Bass Reeves,Oklahoma Territory, rode under Judge Parker. Arrested and bought in his own son. Brought them in alive, about 3000, 8 dead. Very good role model, oh, by the way , he was black.
