I would suggest cooking the dough for a bit first (about 15 minutes). Then flip it, add your toppings, and cook until it's done! Then the dough won't be as soggy!

Just tested this one out and works like a charm! Little hard to find a good setting for it on an electric stove, but if you spend some time adjusting its ok.

im trying this right now... but i wanna give u a tip when u put ur dough into the pan just heat the pan at medium. after 1 or 2 minutes just turn over the dough to make sure that the dough is finely cooked from both sides. otherwise it will remain raw from upper side. thx

Baking is not the issue usually making it ferment for 2 hours and kneading is for most people... if I have done both i see no point in steaming it in a frying pan instead of throwing it in a preheated oven....
