    Just got those 2 in the mail yesterday!!! it says 5/2 roast date. Should I wait 2 weeks??? I want to try it now!!! lol…. i’m in Queens,Ny and will probably visit SEY soon.

    In my experience, it will probably be pretty muddled tasting in the first week or two. Might be worth waiting a bit...

    Keep edging until the 2 week mark bro it’ll be worth. It will be even better week 3 and 4 maybe even 5.
