Being so humbly connected and in tune with your environment is something beautiful

I've been trying to put my finger on it, what I like about this guy Action Bronson. He's a very unique person, I don't think I've ever seen a guy quite like him before. Very knowledgeable and eager to learn, he seems to absorb other people's knowledge like a sponge. He strikes me as oozing confidence but in a way that doesn't make him seem cocky, kind of makes you want to go chill with him for a day even though you never physically met him before, he'd be very easy to get on with and his company would be very addictive. I like the fact that when he is absorbing other people's knowledge he does it in a way that bigs up that person and makes them feel good but not in a too obvious way. Also he seems to command respect but not in an intimidating way. I have listened to some of his music he seems more like an artist the way he pieces together his rhymes, very likeable and interesting guy, he seems like he's found out exactly who he is and he's very humble with himself, all the best brother from England

AB is simply just an uncommon common man. I guarantee that +90% of the ppl watching couldnt give less of a shit about coffee but not only do I understand it due to AB, but I enjoyed every second. This man is one of the most underrated musicians and personalities out now. Criminally underrated to be exact. Vice network will continue to kick themselves over the fact that they fucked up the relationship with AB.

@@torontotonto6189 There's a lot of nuance to getting coffee to be not bitter. Most important is to stay away from dark roasts and focus on medium/light. Then you need to get a good brew method and get your brew ratios right. At the end, if you're having trouble, a quick trick is to add a TINY bit of salt to the coffee and it'll cut out a ton of bitterness. Do a test with 2 cups side-by-side. Salt in one, none in the other.

They better be translating the symbolic value they're creating around the coffee in their shops to real, material value for the farmers. The farmers are obviously the ones who are producing the quality beans that are the foundation for the roaster/brewer success. Would have loved to see them talk specifically about how they are supporting the growers. Don't get me wrong, I love the heady sensory pieces. It just gets a little old sometimes when folks are focusing on their contributions to elevating the product without celebrating, or at least acknowledging, the hands that cared for the product before them.

Most third wave roasters are very open about what they pay to farmers and are specifically going for direct trade to ensure that farmers are paid fairly. Sey coffee puts the exact prices they pay farmers/exporters on each package of coffee. You can also see it on their website.

It’s amazing how just hanging with a chill foodie and catching up is better than any expensive lavish material item… that hug at the end was genuine as fawk they needed that day….

I honestly don’t give a sh*t about coffee, I just love Action Bronson. He’s the man that every man wishes they could be

Action Bronson lives the most interesting life and we're all thankful for experiencing it vicariously.

My late friend that I cooked with told me about Action doing a show on foods and drinks. I love his passion for food and drink. The episode where he is in Copenhagen and makes his own taco with octopus, raspberry jam, and chilis really showed his knowledge and creativity with food.

Bronsolino is awesome! He uses so much references in his humor. He's really living his best life!

As a coffee roaster, hearing him call the coffee astringent was pretty funny. Basically the #1 thing you wanna avoid. Cool to see AB pick up on that. I've had their coffee before though and it was decent.

Man, those pastries look unreal & tasty. Those twice-baked almond croissants look amazing. One of my favorite breads/pastries are almond danishes or almond croissants. In Brooklyn I used to get this crepe filled with almond confit garnished with mixed berries that was unreal. I gotta check if that spot is still open now that I think about it as it’s been a minute since I’ve been there or ordered delivery from it. Mom & Pop French Pâtisserie/coffee shops are just wonderful spots to get some Java & tasty treats where you can chill, veg, unwind & caffeinate. That E-Village spot La Cabra is someplace I’ve never been but looks amazing. If you ever get a chance try one of the banana puddings from one of the big bakery/cupcake spots - that stuff is like mana.

La Cabra 🌸🙌🏼 those guys are fuckin insane I use to brew their beans in my small coffee shop On my amateur gear in Aarhus, Denmark, while dreaming of being a musician. The owner of La Cabra walked in there once. He did not like what he saw, let me tell you. The piece of one group cheap shit I could afford for the espresso was not serious enough. I don’t blame him 🤣 I lived off of that stuff - the deliciousness and savory… and collecting bottles cause I wasnt selling. Shit. I didnt stay in the buisness for long, - lucky for everybody - But I still love their coffee 💗👌🏼✨ And have The deepest respect for their passion and professionalism. Also: how cool is this clip ?
