【material】
Vacuum-packed bamboo shoots 1p (300g)
Dark soy sauce 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons mirin
10g butter
[How to make]
① Cut the bamboo shoots!
Cut the root into thick round slices
Cut the head lengthwise into 3-4 pieces
②The root of the bamboo shoot is hard and difficult to bite off.
Make grid-like incisions on the back and front.
③Boil the bamboo shoots in plenty of water for about 5 minutes.
(Boiled well will soften the smell and acidity.)
④ Once boiled, drain the hot water at once and spread it on a colander for about 3 minutes to evaporate excess water!
⑤Put bamboo shoots, dark soy sauce and mirin in a bowl.
Mix thoroughly and marinate for about 10 minutes while entwining the surface with seasoning.
⑥Once the oil is added to the frying pan and warmed over low heat,
Place the bamboo shoots side by side and slowly grill them until both sides are fragrantly browned.
(The odor is further softened by lightly charring.)
⑦ When the bamboo shoots are burnt! Turn off the heat and add butter

うちに缶詰の水煮筍(みずにたけのこ)が幾つが有るのですが使い方が解らず、食べ物を廃棄するワケにもいかず「これ、どないしょ〜(困)」と思っていたのですが、こういった使い方が良さそうですね。
