It's a TAS. "Tool Assisted". Using an emulator, a person can advance the game 1 frame at a time. Inputting the moves and movements you'd like executed on each frame.

I wish they had a similar system in tek8 , with the dodging aspect but nothing to crazy , I love the fact your actually slipping and weaving seems more like a movie fighting scene .
