I love just how much mobility Sonic has in this hack. You can get running from a standstill really quick, there's moves to launch you in practically every direction and the levels let you zip across them if you know the layout. I wonder if this hack is still in development...

This is a finished game, yes its supposed to be only 1 level long. Also this was made by Steath over a decade ago...the main guy who programmed Sonic Mania.

This is him being sped down so the game is playable. He's actually running faster than the literal nuclear explosion behind him which is traveling at about 780 miles per hour, or about 1,255 kilometers per hour.

Flash's Camera Man has been defeated.

I will go ahead and point a few things out: 1. Act 3 is basically an atomic explosion. Sonic is running from a *NUKE* you guys. 2. Sonic is running on electric floors in Act 3. Why isn't it damaging him? 3. Sonic literally got burnt multiple times by the looks of his sprite during Act 3. 4. The game itself is self-aware of its own difficulty. It simply watches a Modern Sonic blaze through their 3 levels of hell, and is possibly recording this.

Algorithms and such...you know the deal haha. It's cool though because not everyone was into Sonic the Hedgehog rom hacks like those of us who have been hacking and those who have been playing (like myself) since the early/mid 2000's, so it helps the exposure.

Hes doing a TAS speed run its a speed run helped using tech so he can configure some buttons to a full length action like speeding up or other stuff

I love that the first zone's act 1 music is from Duke Nukem 3D.

A timeline where sega will actually care about story, characters, and level design and will stop making jokes and breaking the 4th wall every 30 seconds. So basically a sonic game before colors. But idk if sega would ever make something like this this is fan made after all.
