I'm actually going for the world record, this game is amazing but I think I'd try for sub 5 hours as the ultimate goal if I ever got WR, no way a human can beat this XD

There is definetly some improvement in some of the levels, so if you're planing on beating the WR, then this will help. (sorry for my bad english) List: 1:24 :26 Sakura Village - Castle, Temple I'm not good at explaining this one, but when he is in the air you see the star coin under that platform. Well, instead of taking the secret route, you can actually walk through the stairs on the LEFT side, and then use the propeller shroom to your advantage, and propelle all the way to the star coin. Interesting that this hack takes a page from the SNES Super Mario Bros. games in Mario All*Stars. Shows a preview of the enemies you'll see in the level in question.

Been trying to get this game to work but it keeps freezing right at the start. Even after I removed that saved game line, it still doesn't start in any of my emulators whether it's in Windows or Android. Really want to play this game. Frustrated

The game's ram fills up after playing Worlds 1-7. So to finish the game without it crashing, we have to reset it. Hopefully Newer Wii Plus fixes this issue.

the game's ram is somehow filled if you play through world 1 to 7 with no resets so when you head to world 8 it crashes. So to avoid that, they're resetting the game

Damn I'm so sorry about not answering for a month. To tell you the truth, I never had that problem with Dolphin when loading save states. It probably depends on your resolution and/or version of the game you're playing.

When completing world D, you can't immediately go back. It goes to world 6 automatically no matter what you press. So you'll have to wait to save at world 6 before you can leave to go back to world D. Kinda stupid how that works.

Yes you can perform those in real time whether it's TAS, Speedrun, or casual play. You just gotta gain enough speed on a slope, and time the jump just right for it to work.
