TARO BALLS (4 INGREDIENTS ONLY)

Bring Meetfresh and Blackball right into your home during this quarantine time with this simple 4 ingredient taro ball! You only need taro, tapioca starch, sugar and potato starch. You will see that I had to go through some trial and error with the yam first to be able to nail down this recipe. Hope you enjoy this step-by-step tutorial :)

I would give that a go! Will need to look into how it compares as 2 tablespoons of tapioca flour is equivalent to 1 tablespoon of cornstarch as a substitute.

thanks for your kind words! I believe for 2 tablespoons of tapioca flour you need to use only 1 tablespoon of cornstarch as a substitute.
