OK so I was just saying to myself like within an hour before watching this video that everything is always perfect and always according to the divine plan and in the first 42 seconds when I heard you say that Heather, my eyes opened wide and I was like wow.. 😳😅 that is really synchronistic, and I’ve had Quite an eventful and amazing day today and it’s almost a full moon and I’m feeling the vibes! Hi! I know you asked Heather but she probably became so busy that she missed your comment. I have struggled with my weight over the years; I used to be "thick and curvy" until I hit my 20's. In my 20's I started to eat better and exercise. Ever since, it has stuck with me and I have been able to maintain my weight over almost 20 years. I am just speaking on what worked for me. I cannot guarantee this will work for you but I just wanted to offer some advice: As an overeater, I needed to find balance and discipline so step 1 was setting meal times (this was only in the beginning and served a purpose for me. It helped me purge the junk while learning that I didn't need to "eat my feelings". I learned I could live a life not centered around food and my weight. I began to eat to live, instead of living to eat.) So to start, I would not eat anything until lunch and then not again until dinner. After dinner that was it. No snacks, nothing in between. Limiting my food intake also allowed me to continue eating whatever I wanted in the beginning. Once I began to gain traction, I started to eat better. Step 2: Find healthy foods that work for me. Salmon, chicken, fruits and vegetables. All of these not only fueled me, but filled me and made me go to the bathroom regularly for the first time in a long time. Step 3: Up the water consumption. I drank zero water at all prior to this. I often suffered from intense headaches most of my life as well. I began drinking ONLY water. No soda, etc. I will admit that I cheated in the beginning with iced tea. I absolutely love iced tea. Unfortunately I got kidney stones and so now, no iced tea. Over a short time, the headaches completely stopped. Step 4 Exercise - whether it's joining a gym or walking, running, biking your local neighborhood on a daily basis - get moving! Start taking the stairs VS. taking the elevator. See if you can map out a beautiful location by your home or work and bike or walk several miles while taking in the natural scenic landscapes. Invite a friend or make it a date. Lastly, let's put this all together now! Eating to live instead of living to eat, you eat when your hungry instead of when your emotional or bored. This also allows your body time to clean itself internally. This won't happen if the stomach is constantly digesting food. You make better choices in what you consume which makes your energy soar and digestive tract work effortlessly. Drinking lots of water keeps you lubricated, energized and full while the exercise gets everything moving! Sorry so long, I hope it helps! Good luck!
