Juan even though Two Rivers is not likely where I'll end up I've really learned a lot from your videos. I'm planning on relocating to the Tampa (likely Clearwater/Clearwater Beach but not set in stone) area in the next 18 MO, and I'm thankful for your videos on the entire Tampa area - it really is great information and I respect the way you present it, so thank you for the work you do. Communities like these are wonderful, my pro tip for prospective buyers is take a closer look at the WestBay and CasaFresca models. I live in a similar community in south Hillsborough County called Triple Creek. These two builders are essentially the same company, but their build quality has been overall quite good. Hire an inspector of course, but these builders are among the favorites of folks living in our community. :)

Schools in Tampa and in Florida in general are 👎 Except if you buy a house in a neighborhood that will cost the minimum of a million to start
Stop showing Florida to more people ! We are full , Florida got extremely expensive because of all these people moving here ! Please STOP
