Tamiya Tiger in

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Look at this Tiger. It does Tiger things. It's a Tamiya 48th scale kit. If you've seen one of those you'll know what to expect.
Most of the parts are well made, except for one bent part. The detail is pretty decent. Though won't please rivet counters and it goes together nice and easily.
Looks like a Tiger 1. Works for me!

Very entertaining :-) A bent piece of plastic kit will often regain its shape if you soak it in hot water, if not it should bend back easily while it is still hot.

Hello, i've build this exact model and no, mine didnt have any bending at the engine deck. I think you could make a few videos making more work on these models. Use putty to make texture on the armor and add stuff to the model, maybe make it a what-if or something like that. Either way i really like your vids

Can I ask you something? Why you never paint your models?

Hello! I really want to buy and make this kit, but I’ve never done a model kit before, let alone a tank. Could you give me any tips as to what I should additionally buy? Like brushes or glue ?

You'll need some glue and something to remove the parts from the sprue at the very least. Tamiya extra thin is quite good glue. I've beeen using SMS extra thin. sprue clippers are fairly easy to get, you can get expensive fancy ones, but the cheap ones will do. A knife is good for neatening stuff up. An x-acto or similar is what most use. You don't really need more than that to start with. Tweezers and sanding sticks are useful to have.
